I purchased it originally for $110.00+ I took it to a shop in San Francisco that sells and fabricates plastic. They quoted a whopping $400.00 to make one just like it. Since is has a octagonal shape to it, one has to heat the plexiglass and bend it to the shape desired hence the term: \\\"Heat and Bend.\\\"

I have customized it as of 12-23-2004 with a red acrylic tube in the center with three green circles/tiers to hold my Star Wars action figures. I also added four yellow 1/2\\\" rods to it. It took a lot of work having to cut the green circles by hand which was not easy. The plastic store wanted to charge me $15.00 per circle so I did the work myself. I also had to utilize a Drill with two hole saw sizes to core out the centers of the green plexiglass pieces. The bottom tier has a 1 3/4\\\" hole cored out and the remaining two circles have 2\\\" holes cored. They slip over the red center acrylic tube superbly. I also had to drill 1/2\\\" holes for the yellow rods. I had to ream out the holes for the rods due to the fact that the stock piece of rod was over the specified 1/2\\\" size with a slightly larger taper on one end.
",

"<font color=\\\"#cc00cc\\\" size=\\\"4\\\">I had to remove the stock gray center spindle and cut off the bottom clear white acrylic piece of plastic. Luckily, there was a nice hexagonial design on the bottom piece. I used a dremel tool to cut around the hexagon and a small hacksaw to cut the excess plastic of. It turned out real nice. I re-used the spindle which nicely fit inside of the red acrylic tube. The most tedious part of the whole customization process was applying the glue on the plexiglass pieces.

If you take a close look, you will see that I have filled it up with a whole slew of my Holographs. On the top tier, there is a Blue Darth Sidious which was available in England. Only 100 made. A Star Wars Fan Club exclusive.",

"<font color=\\\"#00ccff\\\" size=\\\"4\\\">Obi-Wan Kenobi as Luke see\\\'s him on Dagobah which is the home of the great Jedi Master Yoda. This item has a translucent finish to it and it is not a Holograph. It is very similiar to the Luke Skywalker from Jabba\\\'s Place which also has the same translucent finish to it. The nice feature of the finish is that the Action Figure is not solid and is detailed. ",
